The BriteVibes Festival (“Festival”) is a RAIN OR SHINE outdoor event and there will be NO REFUNDS of purchased tickets. All sales are final. BY COMPLETING THIS PURCHASE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY THIS TICKET PURCHASE POLICY.
 
The purchaser of this ticket understands and acknowledges that he/she/them/their is purchasing this ticket to the festival and not a particular artist’s performance. The festival is an outdoor festival and weather conditions may affect the performances of all artists and there is a possibility that a particular performance artist may or may not be able to perform due to circumstances beyond the control of the festival organizers. Thus, the purchaser of this ticket understands, acknowledges, and will not expect a refund for the purchase of this ticket for any performance artist cancellation. The festival performance artist line-up and schedule is subject to change at any time.
 
If any portion of the festival takes place in part or in full, the festival shall not be deemed to be canceled. In the event the festival is canceled entirely due to unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of the festival organizers, refunds will be available for 3 weeks only. Refund information will be available on this website. In the event the festival is postponed and rescheduled for another date within 3 months of the scheduled date, the ticket shall be valid for the rescheduled date, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. This ticket is not subject to any refund (unless the show is canceled, as outlined above) and shall bear no cash value.
 
The purchaser of this ticket understands and acknowledges the festival is a camping festival in a natural and unimproved environment and that as with all camping in natural conditions, there are inherent risks of injury or death due to causes of nature. By purchasing this ticket and choosing to attend the festival, the purchaser expressly acknowledges and assumes such risks of injury and agrees to hold the festival organizers, Heritage Hill Brewhouse, Ltd., the New York State Brewers Association, and their officers, employees, and agents, harmless in the event of injury or death arising out of or relating to camping in connection with the festival.
 
The purchaser of this ticket understands and acknowledges the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk that he/she/them/their may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending the festival and that such exposure or infection may result in illness, injury, or death. By purchasing this ticket and choosing to attend the festival, the purchaser expressly agrees to assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any illness, injury, damage, loss, or expense of any kind to him/herself, or any attending friend or family member, in connection with the festival and agrees to hold the festival organizers, Heritage Hill Brewhouse, Ltd., the New York State Brewers Association, and their officers, employees, and agents, harmless in the event of illness, injury, or death arising out of or relating to COVID-19 in connection with the festival.
