Festival Policies 

  • 21+ event

  • No re-entry

  • Unauthorized transfers of wristbands prohibited

  • Blankets and camping / folding chairs are permitted

  • By entering Festival and Camping grounds all ticket holders thereby submit to being photographed or filmed and authorize the use of their likeness on social media, web posts and future festival promotions.

  • By entering Festival and Camping grounds all ticket holders consent to medical assistance / intervention in cases of emergency

  • No animals (registered service animals are permitted - see Accessibility)

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7 AM

  • See list of prohibited items.

  • First 50 "Craft Beer Fantatic All-Access Passes" sold receive complimentary carabiner mug (offer closed).

Extreme Weather

In the instance of lightening or extreme weather, all ticket holders should return to their vehicle immediately to take shelter. In case your vehicle is not available, the Brewhouse can shelter 200.  VIP ticket holders should shelter inside the VIP barn.

Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued automatically if the festival is cancelled due to state mandates applicable to public gatherings.

  • Tickets will be automatically honored on a future date if the festival is postponed / rescheduled, unless ticket holders request a refund within 30 days of a new date being announced.

  • Guests and ticket holders that fail to display proof of age at the gate will not be permitted to enter the Festival or Camping grounds. No refunds will be issued.​​

Camping Policies

  • 21+ in the camping area. Peoples under the age of 21, including children and infants, are not permitted.

  • No animals (registered service animals are permitted - see Accessibility)

  • Tent Campsite: 12x12 ft. – carry in, carry out

  • Camper Sites: 30x15 ft.

  • Load-in: 11am Saturday | Load-out: 11pm Sunday

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM on Saturday, July 9th - 7 AM, Sunday, July 10th. 

  • Towable campers are allowed with one vehicle in the spot – no other vehicles are permitted overnight.

  • Self-contained generators are allowed until quiet hours 

  • Camping passes are only offered for festival ticket holders

  • Campsites accommodate no more than 4 guests and 1 tent/ 1 camper per reservation.

  • Bathrooms: Porta Johns and Hand-Washing Stations will be available in the camping area. Camping does not include the use of Brewhouse of Sunset Barn Bathrooms.

  • No outside alcohol on the festival or camping grounds

  • No hook ups

  • No open flames or grills

  • No fire pits

  • No glass

  • *Outside food or beverages (empty plastic / metal water bottles are permitted)

  • Weapons or ammunition of any kind, pertains to off-duty law enforcement officers or concealed carry permit holders

  • Any other items as designated by BriteVibes™ organizers

Violation

Event producers reserve the right to refuse admission to, or eject any person, at the event producers’ sole discretion, whose conduct is disorderly, disruptive, or who fails to follow the rules or directions outlined above, or whose language is vulgar or abusive. No refunds will be issued.


Due to evolving circumstances surrounding COVID-19, status of this event is subject to change. In an effort to create a safe gathering for all, procedures must be implemented and all ticket holders will need to accept and adopt these policies and procedures in order to attend the event. Heritage Hill Brewery, the New York State Brewers Association and BriteVibes Festival™ event organizers do not assume any liability; by purchasing a ticket or participating in any way, you agree to assume full liability for any risks incurred before, during and after the event and agree to the Terms of Use. We are working to ensure all of our guests have a great experience while enjoying the picturesque venue that is Heritage Hill.​
