Are beer tastings included with a ticket?

• Unlimited beer tastings (Saturday, 2-6PM) are included with the "Craft Beer Fanatic All Access Pass". 

• Tasting tickets must be purchased separately (at the event) with all other General Admission ticket levels.

• Tasting tickets: 1 for $3 or 10 for $25 (5oz each).

• If you have leftover tasting tickets after the tasting portion of the event closes on "Brewers Hill", you can redeem them at the Heritage Hill Beer truck before the Festival concludes.

Can I bring my kids?

• Yes! Children under 12 receive free admission all weekend long.

• Children not permitted in tasting area ("Brewers Hill") Saturday, 2-6PM.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are NOT permitted on festival grounds or in the camping area. Service dogs welcome with proof of registration.

Is there rentry?

No rentry.

Will tickets be available at the gate?

Tickets will be available for purchase at the gate while supply lasts.

Can I purchase a camping pass at the event?

Tent and RV campsites are available to reserve at the gate. However we encourage you to do so in advance through the ticketing page of the website. You MUST be a festival ticket holder to camp at BriteVibes.​

Will there be wine/seltzer/cider?

Wine, seltzer, and cider will be available for purchase by the glass from Heritage Hill.

What forms of payment are accepted at the event?

This is a CASH ONLY event. ATMs will be available on festival grounds.

Can I bring my own alcohol for the camping area?

Off-site alcohol is prohibited from festival grounds and the camping area. But don't worry! There will be plenty of craft beer available at the fest :)

What if I do not want to do the beer tasting but I DO want to attend the festival?

• You may purchase a General Admission ticket.

• If you want to participate in the tasting portion of the event (Saturday 2-6PM on Brewers Hill) tasting tickets are available for purchase a-la-carte at the event. 1 for $3 or 10 for $25 (5oz each).

Is camping included with a ticket?

No. Campsite must be purchased as an add-on at the time of Festival ticket purchase. Click here for more information on camping at BriteVibes.

 

How many people are permitted per camping spot?

Each 12'x12 camping space can accommodate up to 4 people and 1 tent / RV. Click here for more information on camping at BriteVibes.

Is RV camping permitted? 

RV camping is permitted upon reservation. Dry camping (no hook-ups). Click here for more information on camping at BriteVibes.

 

Is parking included with a ticket?

Yes, GA parking is included with all ticket levels.

 

When can I arrive?

• Festival gates open at 4PM Friday and 1PM Saturday.

• Camping load-in opens at 3PM Friday and 12PM Saturday.

What if it rains, or if there is thunder/lightening?

This is a rain or shine event! Dress/pack accordingly for the weather. In the instance of lightening or extreme weather, all ticket holders should return to their vehicle immediately to take shelter. In case your vehicle is not available, the Brewhouse can shelter 200. VIP ticket holders should shelter inside the VIP barn.

Who is producing the event?

BriteVibes is produced by Think NY, Drink NY™ (New York State Brewers Association) in partnership with Heritage Hill Brewhouse. Proceeds from the festival help support the NYS craft beer industry.
