We want to make sure that everyone can fully enjoy our event, so please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any accessibility-related questions or requests. You can reach out to us at Accessibility@newyorkcraftbeer.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

At check-in, you'll be able to find all the access information you need. While we've worked to make the terrain as accessible as possible, we want to give you a heads-up that the ground is mostly gravel and dirt, and the natural surroundings can be hilly and rocky. However, golf carts are available for anyone who requires extra assistance. If you need this service, please email the address above or stop by the box office to make a request.

We also have a handicap drop-off station available, and you can find its location on the BriteVibes map. Additionally, there are handicap-accessible parking spaces in the VIP Parking lot, which are also marked on the map.

For those who require special needs, we'll have a reserved accessible concert viewing area on the deck of the barn, complete with table and chairs. And if you need to use an accessible bathroom, you'll find them located outside of the Barn.

We're happy to welcome registered service animals to the event. And if you require ASL interpretation, please reach out to the email above at least 30 days prior to the event, we will do everything we can to accommodate the request.
